Rochester Rhinos
In 2012 Rosenlund played in 23 matches and made 22 starts for the club logging a total of 1,941 minutes. He scored two goals off of 13 shots and had one assist. Rosenlund finished the season with 19 fouls and five bookings. It was the third consecutive season that he made over 20 starts for the Rhinos in the regular season.
In 2011 Rosenlund played in and started twenty-seven matches logging 2,266 minutes in all competitions. He recorded three goals and added two assists for eight points. Rosenlund was selected as the Flanders Group Rochester Rhinos Most Valuable Player in recognition of his efforts.
Rosenlund appeared in twenty-eight matches for Rochester in 2010 and scored two goals in the regular season. He was the Rhinos leading scorer in the 2010 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup with two goals.
Professional
MLS: Tyler Rosenlund was signed to a senior developmental contract by Toronto FC (MLS) in 2008. The Vancouver, British Columbia native appeared in eight matches and became the first Canadian player to score a goal for Toronto FC.
Canadian Men’s National Team
Rosenlund made fifteen appearances with the U17 Canadian National Team and sixteen appearances with the U20 Canadian National Team. He made his only appearance with the full Canadian Men’s National Team in January 2008.
College
UC Santa Barbara: Rosenlund played in two NCAA College Cups with the Gauchos. He played in the 2004College Cup falling to Indiana University in the National Final on penalties. In 2006 Rosenlund led UCSB to the National Championship.
